Wayne Lee is a former five-time Canadian amateur wrestling champion and schoolteacher who had an unrelenting passion for entertaining and empowering people. He took a childhood interest in magic and a fascination with visualization and transformed himself from classroom instructor to Canada’s Crown Prince of Entertainment and Empowerment. Wayne found a new way to educate people about the power of the mind and spread his philosophy that “laughter is the best medicine.” Over the years, Wayne has used hypnosis to excite, entertain and mesmerize thousands of audiences across North America. He has performed over 2000 shows, hypnotizing over 20,000 people to explore the limits of their imagination, dance outrageously, act out their dream careers, and even become celebrities! Wayne has performed at the highly acclaimed “Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth”, The Calgary Stampede, as well as appeared on numerous national television and radio programs. Wayne’s previous clients have included McDonalds Restaurants, Toys R Us, General Motors, Shell Oil and Princess Cruise Lines. As well as entertaining, Wayne educates and empowers audiences with his empowering Life is Magic motivational presentations and seminars. Through these powerful and engaging presentations, Wayne teaches people how to magically create more health, wealth and happiness in their lives. A feature length documentary, The Deeper You Go, has been completed on Wayne’s career. This film chronicles the metamorphosis of his hilarious hypnosis stage show into a Life is Magic seminar encouraging people to discover all of their dreams, goals and aspirations. With immense response, The Deeper You Go has been accepted into various film festivals, including the 2003 Montreal World Film Festival, the 2003 Calgary International Film Festival, the 2003 New York International & Independent Film and Video Festival and the Golden Gate Fiction & Documentary Festival, where it has won the honours of Best Director. Throughout 2005, The Deeper You Go will be aired in Canada on The Documentary Channel. Wayne has also completed his first book, Secrets of Success for Magicians and Stage Hypnotists, coauthored with magician Sheldon Casavant. Life’s Magical Meanings, Wayne’s second book was released in August 2004. This inspirational gift book provides depth and new meaning to an abundance of words we say and hear everyday. It contains and uses acronyms to deliver a profound connection to the innermost meaning and intent of inspirational words.
