Warren Evans is the President of the Service Excellence Group Inc., a management-consulting firm based near Toronto, Canada.

He is a trends analyst and business strategist, whose work focuses on the interplay among the various major trends swirling around us. His 20 year track record of powerful insights and accurate predictions have earned him a list of repeat clients that includes American Express, Asea Brown Boveri, General Motors, IBM, McDonalds, Royal Bank, SAP, TechData, and Xerox.
