 Rick Campanelli
Youth, Motivation, Canadian Personality.

"He's Canada's newest home-grown heartthrob: It's hard to imagine someone in the media, someone with so high a profile, could be so darn nice. But he is. At the "nation's music station", Rick is the people's VJ."
-The National Post

The Gig...

MuchMusic VJ
Co-Host of "MuchOnDemand"
Producer & Host of "CombatZone"
Co-Host of "PowerShift"

Much Success...

Following his tenure as the winner of the 1994 MuchMusic Temp contest, Rick burst onto the music TV scene in 1996, and immediately began to build the strong audience rapport that has since become his trademark. Rick's easygoing, up-front style has made him a huge favorite of Much-ites from coast-to-coast.

Much Love...

Equally at home interviewing bands and hosting performances in the Much Environment as he is on location, Rick is always ready to take on any assignment to bring fans a good story. His willingness to go the distance (including jumping out of a perfectly good airplane with the Foo Fighters) speaks volumes about his work ethic and dedication to the Much team.
