 Joe Casey
Humour, Storytelling

In Memoriam

Our thoughts and prayers are with Joe Casey and his family.

Joe died on Feb 16, 2010. God Bless you, Joe.

Speaking is not the problem. It's making people listen; getting and holding their attention. Something Joe Casey hasn't had a problem with in over 30 years of professional speaking. His unique brand of storytelling and humour has captured the ears of thousands all over North America and beyond.

You can believe Joe because he's been there. He grew up in a small fishing outport in Nova Scotia and spent many hours on the wharf listening to the fishermen and sailors tell their tall tales. He has worked as a stevedore on the docks, a winchman on merchant ships, a commercial fisherman and a Bay of Fundy steamship pilot. He went from Able Seaman to Lieutenant in the Wartime Royal Canadian navy. Joe was elected a total of six times to the Nova Scotia Legislature.

He's met all kinds of people, been to all kinds of places and seen all kinds of things. With such a colorful history, you can bet he has many stories to tell. Joe Casey is more than happy to share his adventures and well earned wisdom with everyone.... for a long life.
