Jeremy Webb has been the host of The Improv Knights, the improvised comedy team , since the fall of 1999. He has performed with them across the province, weekly at the Velvet Olive and Stayner’s Wharf Pub, and at literally hundreds of corporate events and fundraisers.

He has occasionally 'acted' as Neptune's publicist and taught at The Neptune Theatre School. He has been Artistic Director of The Multicultural Festival and Elsinore Theatre Company.

 

He can currently be heard as the voice of "Ms. Grumply" in Oliver’s Adventures, on Teletoon. He is the voice of "Evil Schmeevil" in Evil Schmeevil , also for Teletoon. He played the evil "Mr. Crowe" in two seasons of CBC's Pit Pony and appeared in Salter Street's Lexx, Global's Blackfly, and Blessed Stranger – After Flight 111, Shattered City, and a couple of Aliant commercials .

 

He writes a weekly column for The Daily News - Halifax , Nova Scotia called The Buzz. Jeremy frequently brings along his "buzz camera" with him anywhere he goes so there is always a good possibility you will find photos from your event in the next edition of The Buzz. He appears regularly as 'Simon Crisp,' a crazy character for CBC Radio. As a comedian he has been asked to host many events around the Halifax Metro area.

 

Jeremy recently appeared on CBC Radio's Madly Off in All Directions, with Lorne Elliott and at the 2005 Halifax Comedy Festival, with 22 Minutes' Mark Critch in a stand-up comedy show taped for CBC's Definitely Not The Opera.  He has hosted events/shows for The Halifax Comedy Festival, The Buskers Festival, The Coast Best of Halifax Awards Show, The Chamber of Commerce, The Abilities Foundation, The Arthritis Society, amongst others. He was audience "warm-up guy" for three TV shows: The Itch, The Singular Series, and Blackfly.
