As a facilitator, she has led executives, management and supervisory groups across Canada and the United States. Eileen is a senior consultant with MICA Management Resources, Toronto and through them is certified to facilitate Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats©, as well as the Management Research Group's Leadership 360©, and their Strategic Leadership Practices© programs. In recent years, Eileen has been invited to the Management Research Group's annual conference to present information on her work to groups of international consultants. Eileen was the first to use Action Learning in Atlantic Canada and has used it with selected clients in Eastern Canada. She has taught graduates in the Department of Psychology at Saint Mary's University and in the MBA program at the Dalhousie University School of Business of Administration. She has worked with a wide range of clients including: Aliant/MTT, the Department of National Defence, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Maritime Life Assurance Company, the Institute of Canadian Bankers, Pratt & Whitney, the New Brunswick Department of Finance, the Nova Scotia Department of Human Resources, O'Regan's Automotive Group, and Sobeys Inc She is President of the Halifax Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, and is an active member of the Metropolitan Halifax Chamber of Commerce, and the Human Resource Association of Nova Scotia.
