Coaching The Howatt & Company Corporate Coaching Program was launched in 1999 in response to a growing need for organizations to improve the performance and retention of their staff. Our Program aligns an employee's professional and personal challenges with the goals of the organization. Credibility: The creator of the Program, Dr Bill Howatt, comes with a proven track record. He is an accomplished counselor, consultant, educator, professor, author, and professional coach. Dr Bill has taken his diverse 15-year professional background and extensive education to design this program. His educational background includes a B.Sc. physical education, BA sociology, M.Ed. and Ph. D. counseling psychology, MBA (c), Ms. clinical psychology (c) and advanced training and certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming, handwriting, mediation, conflict resolution, addictions, and critical incident stress. He has written 25 books, and coached professionals from dentists to company personnel from General Electric, Rockwell, ReMax, Merrill Lynch, ScotiaBank, and Royal Bank, and now is very active coaching professionals from large financial institutions on Wall Street Core Curriculum Our Coaching Program has a core curriculum and format. The core program includes three coaching manuals: an Assessment Manual, used by participants to determine the areas they want to focus on in Coaching; the Coaching Journal to monitor daily progress and achievement of goals; and a Coaching Guide containing reading material to expand on topics discussed during the Coaching Session Each participant enlists in an initial six-month program of three half-hour telephone sessions per month.
