Bill Howatt Ph.D., Ed.D., Post Doc Behavioural Science UCLA School of Medicine, is well known internationally for his work in leadership development, work-life balance, management, corporate coaching, education, sports, and addictions. He has published over 60 books and articles and has an extensive professional education. Dr. Howatt has built over 20 professional measures, 40 human development programs, and a train-the-trainer program that is second to none. In addition to his academic experience he holds a host of professional certifications, including Business Coach, Master in Neuro Linguistic Programming, handwriting analysis, and hypnotherapy. For the past five years he has been working in New York’s Wall Street district with large corporations like Bear Stearns. Dr. Bill’s commitment to organizational success reaches far beyond the corporate world. He has worked with many governmental and professional clients. Dr. Howatt is an expert in behavioral science, specializing in human behavior. He is a faculty member of the William Glasser Institute, he holds memberships in several professional associations, including the American Psychological Association and the International Coaching Federation. Dr. Howatt has written books that help humans achieve success and overcome obstacles. He has published on addiction, counselling, leadership, and even golfing. He also writes a regular business column. Dr. Howatt has been nominated as one of the top 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century. Dr. Howatt has his roots firmly planted in Atlantic Canada, where he was born and raised. He is a graduate of Acadia University, where he coached and played football for 15 years. He and his wife Sherrie live in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley as active parents of Emily, Thomas, and Patrick.
